Dr. Jennifer Leigh, lovingly known as Dr. Jenn by her clients, is on a crusade to help people to be happy and healthy; to THRIVE! Childhood trauma caused Dr. Jenn to suffer physical and mental ill-health.  Prescribed a benzodiazepine for anxiety and panic, she took it as directed. However, it caused BIND, benzodiazepine-induced neurological dysfunction. Brain-damaged, she was unable to work. She spent the years it took to heal researching what creates true health and wellbeing. She healed and rewired her nervous system with the four cornerstones of well-being. She is medication and anxiety/panic-free; she is happy, healthy, and thriving!
